
Kenneth Ben Range, 89, of Bloomington formerly of Chenoa passed away at 6:15 pm, Friday, September 15, 2017 at his residence in Bloomington.
His funeral will be 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Chenoa with Pastor Vincent Kobosh officiating. Burial will follow in Chenoa Twp. Cemetery, Chenoa.
Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m., Monday, September 18, 2017 at Duffy-Pils Memorial Home, Chenoa. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Freedom Baptist Church, “Building Fund”, Bloomington.
Mr. Range was born August 14, 1928 in Weston; the son of Tennessee Earl and Ubena (Schlicher) Range. He married Esther Peters on June 5, 1954 in Rossville, GA. His wife, Esther survives in Bloomington.
Other survivors include his daughters, Kim (George) Gebhardt of Bloomington; Dawn (Steven) Shevokas of Chenoa; Lori (David) Leake of Lexington; Tracy Range of Chenoa; 17 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, four sisters, and one daughter, Nancy Wallace in 2014.
